I hereby grant approval to said child's participation in all rock camp activities. I assume all risks and hazards incidental to such participation and do hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify and afree to hold harmless The Rockademy and other campers and counselors. I grant counselors the right to obtain medical care when neither parent nor guardian is available to grant authorization for emergency treatment.
